All new clients must read the Disclaimer & Payment Policy and submit their completed Intake & Client Information form (one per dog) prior to the complementary meet & greet session with the owner(s) and their dog(s).
The complementary meet & greet session is an opportunity for me to ask any questions I have regarding the intake & client information form, and for the owner(s) to ask me any questions they may have about my services.
Most importantly, the complementary meet & greet session is where I can assess your dog's temperment, body condition, and how your dog(s) respond to me and my touch. I reserve the right to refuse working with any dog that I deem too aggressive or that makes me feel unsafe.
Having good chemistry with the client (dog owner) is very important to me. Please feel free to contact me before our meet & greet session. References available by request.
